The People & Culture department oversees all HR-related processes in the company to create a supportive environment for employees and ensure the efficient management of human resources.
The Finance department is responsible for the financial management and control of the company. The department covers the areas of controlling, accounting and the back office to ensure transparent and efficient management of financial resources.
The marketing department is responsible for acquiring new customers, supporting existing ones as well as the visual presentation on all channels. The division into two teams, Acquisition Marketing and Customer Marketing, enables optimal focus of expertise.
With a clear focus on user-orientated solutions and continuous product improvement, the Product department drives the design and further development of our product portfolio.
As the centrepiece of technical innovation, the Engineering department ensures the implementation and quality assurance of our products. Its aim is to create stable system landscapes and innovative product solutions.
Planning and controlling the flow of goods within the company is the responsibility of the Supply Chain department, which covers the areas of warehouse management, goods purchasing and scheduling.
With its expertise in technical support (2nd line), the Customer Support department assists our customers, answers enquiries efficiently and offers in-depth support for complex technical issues.
As the driving force behind our sales success, the Sales department shapes the entire sales process at ready2order – from lead qualification, customer acquisition and onboarding to the development of new talent in our Junior Sales Academy.
With a combination of strategic foresight and legal expertise, the Business Development department strengthens the corporate identity, supports management and secures our legal framework.

After initial organisational tasks with our HR team, you will start your onboarding with our POS system. You will slip into the role of a ready2order customer, set up your POS independently and run through a few scenarios. It is important to us that every employee familiarises themselves with the system so that they can understand the needs of our users as well as possible.
Hybrid working and a cloud-based product mean that IT security and data protection play a particularly important role for us. Appropriate training is therefore a key part of your onboarding so that your start runs smoothly and securely. You will gain an insight into our security guidelines and learn about practical measures to protect sensitive data.
From day 3, you will start with the onboarding program created by your manager. You will get to know your team better, receive training in relevant tools and an initial overview of your tasks. And we don't neglect the social aspect either – lunch with your team and coffee chats with other departments are also part of your onboarding.
