Offer Card Payments With readyPay

readyPay is the payment service from ready2order, which we provide in cooperation with hobex PartnerNet. Activate readyPay and use readyGo, readyTab, and readyMini as terminals for cashless payments.

The following payment methods are currently available with readyPay:

• Maestro / V-Pay
• MasterCard / Visa
• Apple Pay and Google Pay

readyPay also supports

• contactless payments (NFC)
• PIN
• Chip
• Swipe

readyPay works in conjunction with our flexible tablet POS system readyTab, our mobile all-in-one POS device readyGo, and our readyMini. 

There are no fixed costs for using readyPay – neither monthly nor annually. 

The fees for readyPay are purely transaction-based: fees are charged for payments made and these are invoiced monthly by hobex – or you receive a monthly payout equal to the card payments minus these costs.

The following fees currently apply per transaction:

• 1.23% transaction fee

Here is a calculation example: A customer buys a wedding cake from Crispy Ltd. and pays the invoice amount of 123 € by debit card, which the bakery employee settles via a readyGo with readyPay.

A transaction fee of 1.23% is charged for using readyPay:

1.23% of 123 € = 1.51 €

After deducting the fee, the bakery Crispy Ltd. actually receives 121.49 €.

Don't worry, this will not affect your cash management! As usual, the income of 123 € will be posted, while the fees of 1.51 € will be posted to a different account in the accounting system.

We offer readyPay in cooperation with our partner hobex, but you submit your application directly via our administration interface.

1. Log in to the ready2order admin interface as usual.

2. Select the “readyPay” tab.

3. Enter your company, contact, and bank details for the payout.

4. Upload the documents required during the registration process.

5. Submit the application by clicking on the button.

Your application will normally be processed within 5-7 business days; you will then receive your registration confirmation by email.  

Important: Please use currently valid supporting documents. Expired documents or health insurance cards (for Germany or Austria) are not sufficient for verification. 

After registering via the admin interface, your application will usually be processed within 5-7 business days. Once your application has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

In addition, the changed status will also be displayed under the “readyPay” tab in the admin interface as soon as your application has been confirmed.

readyPay will then be automatically activated in your account and will appear among your payment methods at checkout, allowing you to use readyPay for billing immediately.

You can configure the settings for payment methods as usual in the administration interface.

The Austrian full-service provider for cashless payment systems, hobex, is our partner for the provision of readyPay. However, applications and administration are handled via our ready2order administration interface.
